EditPlus 是一个著名的代码文本编辑器。目前网上有其他人翻译的版本，但均存在零星的翻译错误。为此，我重新汉化了 EditPlus 的界面。
注：某些字符串在汉化后将导致 EditPlus 无法正常工作，所以只好保留原始英文不翻译。敬请谅解。

1、深度汉化，包括所有非标字符串部分，如关于、设置对话框的英文字符串等等，力求完美；
2、解决汉化非标字符串会导致程序功能缺失的问题；
3、解决官方版切换至韩文语言导致一些对话框乱码的问题；
